Depending on the condition of your skin, it may require additional hydration during one visit, while on other occasions, it may benefit from anti-bacterial and/or anti-inflammatory actions. Our treatments are meticulously designed to cater to individual needs, encompassing essential steps such as cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and moisturization. The duration of each treatment will vary based on the number of extractions necessary and your personal tolerance level.

+ DEEP PORE CLEANSING FACIAL
We suggest our Deep Pore Cleansing Facial for clients who wish to familiarize themselves with our services or who aren't inclined to commit to our complete Acne Program. This treatment entails an enzyme exfoliation and extraction process. Please note that we won't provide guidance on active products or coaching during this treatment; it is exclusively intended for clients seeking extraction services.
+ Acne Scar Treatments
Many of our clients often ask their first question when starting with us: "How can we eliminate scarring?" It's essential to address the acne issue first; otherwise, the battle against scarring can be a prolonged one.
We recommend introducing Rescue & Repair which contains retinol and niacinamide, a strong vitamin C serum or opting for stronger chemical peels (Bio RePeel) to enhance your skin's texture and tone, aiding in the reduction of scarring.
Acne scars, also known as Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation (PIH), can serve as a poignant reminder of past breakouts, regardless of their severity. If you have PIH, these blemishes will naturally diminish within 4-6 months following the healing of the pimple.
PIH is technically referred to as Angiogenesis, a condition characterized by residual redness from prior breakouts. This redness is a result of your body generating new blood vessels during the healing process of pimples. As your body absorbs these vessels, the redness will gradually fade away.
At Vanilla Sugar Face and Body, while we can't make promises of completely eradicating scarring, we offer various methods to help minimize acne scarring. By diligently using our products and adhering to our product recommendations, you will begin to observe a reduction in your acne scarring.
Once you've maintained clear skin for a minimum of 3-6 months, we recommend considering a series of treatments such as microdermabrasion, microneedling, or more potent chemical peels to improve your skin's texture and tone.
