Every time you visit Vanilla Sugar Face & Body, our goal is to provide you with world class service, because you deserve it. Now we want to reward you for your loyalty. Each time you visit us, we will give you Sugar Points. Over time they will add up, and you can redeem them for FREE services. It’s our way of saying thank you because you’re “the one.”
What are Sugar Points?
Vanilla Sugar offers Sugar Points as a part of our Client Loyalty Program. This is a free program and is presented as a courtesy to all our clients. There is no obligation on your part.
How do I earn Sugar Points?
You earn points every time you visit Vanilla Sugar, based on how much you spend on services and products (excludes gift card purchases).
$1 spent = 1 point
How do I get started?
You don’t have to do a thing. All Vanilla Sugar clients are automatically included in the program and are already earning points. If you are a client, you are already started!
What do I get for my points?
Sugar Points can be redeemed for FREE services. Yup, you read that right! No charge for a service when you've built up enough points for redemption.
How many points do I have?
You can check how many points you have right now! You will find your Sugar Points tally listed in the online booking system. Or you can just ask us when you are in for a visit.
Important things to note about points…
Points have no cash value, but can be redeemed for services.
Points are NOT transferable between clients.
Point definitions can be changed without notice.
Once you have points, the value of those points will not change until they are redeemed.
Points are not given for gift card purchases, but are given when the gift card is redeemed for services.
