Evaluate

Clear Skin Consultation & Treatment

Your journey toward clearer skin begins with a comprehensive consultation and treatment session at Vanilla Sugar Face & Body.

During your appointment, we’ll take the time to evaluate your skin, discuss your lifestyle and habits, and create a customized plan based on your individual needs. Throughout the following three months, we’ll guide you through the practices that can help support your skin’s healing process.

What’s Included:

Acne Questionnaire Review – A detailed review of your completed questionnaire so we can understand your skin and concerns as accurately as possible.
Clear Skin Guide – An in-depth review of the Vanilla Sugar Clear Skin Guide, including lifestyle, diet, supplements, and skincare recommendations.
Supplement Recommendations – Personalized recommendations for supplements that may help support your overall skin health.
Skin Analysis – A professional assessment of your skin to help determine the most appropriate products for your skin type. A patch test may be recommended in some cases.
Customized Skincare Plan – A personalized selection of skincare products recommended for your individual skin needs.
Home Care Routine – Clear, step-by-step instructions for caring for your skin between appointments.

Important Notes:

Please discontinue topical antibiotics or prescription creams two weeks before your appointment.
If you are taking Accutane, you must be off it for at least two months before beginning treatment.
If you are pregnant or nursing, please speak with your doctor before beginning the program.

Treat

Ongoing Acne Treatments

After your Clear Skin Consultation & Treatment, we’ll continue meeting approximately every two weeks to evaluate your progress and make adjustments to your home care routine when needed.

Our goal is to continually refine your skincare plan based on how your skin is responding, helping you move toward getting your acne under control. Every person’s skin is different, but most clients achieve clear skin within approximately three months, which generally includes around six follow-up sessions.

We offer a range of follow-up treatment options so your plan can be tailored to your skin’s needs, your budget, and your personal preferences. During your Clear Skin Consultation & Treatment, we’ll help you determine which approach is right for you.

Your journey to clear, healthy skin is a process — and we’re here to guide you through every step.

Phase 03

Maintenance

Maintaining Clear Skin

Once your acne has been fully cleared, your specialist will transition you from the program into an established client.

Your skincare journey doesn’t necessarily end once your acne is clear. New triggers can still appear over time, but you will no longer need the same bi-weekly check-ins required during the treatment phase.

Many clients choose to continue with monthly treatments to support ongoing skin maintenance. However, one of the most important parts of maintaining clear skin is consistently following your personalized skincare routine while continuing the dietary and lifestyle changes you have made.

Our team will continue to be here to support you and help keep your skin healthy and breakout-free for the long term.
