During your initial visit, we begin with a personalized acne consultation. Our certified specialists assess your skin type, lifestyle, and acne history to understand your unique skin challenges. We also review your pre-submitted acne questionnaire to ensure no detail is missed.

Clear Skin Guide Review
We walk you through our exclusive Vanilla Sugar Clear Skin Guide, which includes expert tips on diet, supplements, lifestyle habits, and product usage to support your skin healing journey over the next 3 months.

Supplement & Product Planning
You’ll receive personalized recommendations for supplements and topical care that support your skin from the inside out. Based on your skin analysis, we may also perform a patch test and provide product suggestions—with a 50% discount on your first kit.

Discontinue topical antibiotics or prescription creams two weeks before your appointment.
If you are taking Accutane, you must be off it for at least two months before starting treatment.
If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult your doctor before beginning the program.

We’ll make product, dietary, and lifestyle recommendations at each step to ensure your acne clears gently and effectively.

Phase 3 — Maintenance & Long-Term Support
